All orders you place from Promapacktex are sent as insured through our contracted cargo companies. Your car scent, promotional, packaging, and textile products are delivered safely to your address.

1. Cargo Duration

• For in-stock products, cargo dispatch time: 1–3 business days

• For special production/printed products (logo car scent, printed packaging, textile, etc.):
  After approved design and payment an average of X–YX–YX–Y business days are required for cargo dispatch.

• These durations may show short-term changes during official holidays and campaign intensities.

2. Cargo Fee

• For orders of XTLX TLXTL and above the cargo fee is covered by our company.

• For orders below this amount, the cargo cost is added to the cart total as a separate item.

• Cargo campaigns may vary seasonally; current information is displayed on the cart screen.

3. Delivery Region

• Deliveries are made all over Turkey with our contracted cargo company.

• For international shipments, please contact us before ordering. Special pricing and delivery time information will be provided.

4. Points to Consider During Delivery

• Before the cargo officer delivers the package, please always check the package from the outside.

• If you see damage such as crushing, tearing, wetness, etc., on the box, have the cargo officer fill out a “Damage Report” and do not accept the package.

• In cases where damage is reported later without a report being drawn up upon delivery, the cargo company may not accept responsibility.

5. Undelivered Orders

• Shipments that cannot be delivered due to the recipient not being at the address, incorrect address information, or unreachable phone number are held at the cargo branch for XXX days and then returned to the Seller.

• If reshipment is requested in this case, the second cargo fee is charged to the Buyer.

6. Cargo Tracking

• When your order is shipped, your cargo tracking number is sent to your registered e-mail address and/or mobile phone.

• You can track your shipment instantly via the cargo company's website using this number.
